A recent graduate of the International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT), Katie Senff, creates womens sportswear from uniquely sourced fabric. In Katie’s Mount Vernon studio, remnants and military parachutes are cut, pinned and sewn into the samples of wearable fashion for women.

"Every season, we choose repurposed fabric that is fashionable and unexpected to add to our collection.  For Fall/ Winter 2010, we used military parachutes to create adorable skirts and accessories." KS

An eclectic set of mix and match skirts, leggings, jackets, tops and dresses are the talk of the Seattle fashion scene. We are very pround of Katie's accomplishments as her company, tulees, launches its fall/winter collection in September 2010.

"As designer and co-owner, I am following my passion for fashion. I am doing what I love and have full control of my own destiny. Seeing my designs fly off the racks, inspiring, and empowering women to look and be their best." KS
